We're looking for ambitious, determined and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our award winning Apprenticeship Scheme.
Since the programme began in 2010, more than 50 young professionals have joined us working in departments across the business, including Marketing, IT, Finance, HR and many more!
Our scheme provides all apprentices with full support and training through on the job learning, working with our Learning and Development team and coaching from their manager. Each apprentice also has a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the 18 month scheme, before they graduate and many go on to secure a permanent position at Wesleyan.Listen to our past and present apprentices talk about our scheme.

We've teamed up with Birmingham Metropolitan College to offer a scheme that supports our apprentices in the workplace as well as achieving a qualification.
As an apprentice you'll work full time at Wesleyan's Head Office in Birmingham City Centre, whilst progressing towards an NVQ Level 2/3 with onsite support from Birmingham Metropolitan College.
Our scheme is a fantastic route to begin your career in Financial Services where you'll develop invaluable skills and experience, and gain a nationally recognised qualification - all while earning a salary.

How to apply
We'll start recruiting for our 2016 Apprentices in June. All applicants will need to submit an up to date CV and we'll review these when the application window closes.
Successful candidates will then be invited to attend a video interview.
