Depending on your role, these are some of the benefits which may be available to you.

Discretionary bonus scheme
This is an annual scheme payable in February of each year. The percentage paid will be dependent upon individual performance and will be linked to the Society's performance.

Interest free travel loans
Wesleyan will purchase discounted annual bus and rail travel cards on behalf of permanent employees. The cost will be deducted from your monthly salary over a 10 month period and is interest free.

Discounted insurance products
As a member of staff, you'll benefit from discounted rates for travel insurance, motor insurance and home insurance and preferential rates on staff bank loans.

We pay a cash amount as a thank you for those who successfully introduce a new employee to the society.

Holidays
Full time employees are entitled to 25 days holiday per year (rising with length of service) in addition to statutory Bank Holidays.

Pension scheme
The Society operates a defined contribution Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme in the form of a Group Personal Pension. The Employer will match member contributions between 3% and 8% and pay an additional 2% of your Pensionable Earnings subject to a maximum Employer contribution of 10%. You may pay more into the scheme if you wish subject to the Annual Allowance however the Employer contributions will be capped at 10%. 

Employees who are contributing members of the Wesleyan Staff GPP Scheme are also entitled to Life Assurance in the form of a lump sum death benefit payable on death in service. If you are not survived by a qualifying dependant, the lump sum death benefit amounts to 4 x your Pensionable Earnings and if you are survived by a qualifying dependant, the total lump sum death benefit amounts to 8 x your Pensionable Earnings.
