Pension plan

Wesleyan will help you save for your future by matching your 3-8% pension contribution. We also pay an additional 2% of your Pensionable Earnings up to a maximum of 10%.

Life assurance

Contributing to Wesleyan’s pension scheme entitles you to life assurance. Depending on your personal circumstances, this will be a lump sum death benefit of 4-8 times your base pay, payable on death in service.
