Financial Consultants

We’re successful when our Financial Consultants are successful. So when you join us, we won’t just hire you - we’ll invest in you as well.

Our most junior Financial Consultants start out on £44,500, with an OTE of £61,000. With experience and success comes the opportunity to earn significantly more. Wherever you’re up to in your career when you join us, we’ll enrich your skills with a tailored induction programme, residential training academy and ongoing support.

The best use of your time

We want all our Financial Consultants to spend their time doing what they do best: meeting clients and providing expert advice. That’s where our Support Relationship Centre comes in. Not only do they take the pressure off the administrative side of things - they also help you build a loyal and valuable client base, alongside our full service marketing team and innovative point of sale technology.

The Support Relationship Centre:

  • Appointment booking
  • Help with client acquisition
  • Technical support for complex cases

Working with the Support Relationship Centre makes it feel like we’re achieving goals together. Instead of working on your own, you’re part of a team.

Autonomy and flexibility

Our unique business model and proposition means that, as a Financial Consultant, you’ll be offering tailored products that have been manufactured specifically for our chosen markets.

Regional Financial Consultants cover a wide geographic region and a broader variety of markets, while Financial Consultants develop a specialist knowledge of a specific market, with the right clients to match.

This isn’t a 9-5, office-based role. You’ll have the autonomy to run your days, weeks and months as you see fit and build a strategy and schedule that works for you. This flexibility ensures that you’re available to meet customers at times that suit them.

I like the fact we have flexible working hours. My clients are busy professionals and having that flexibility means we can provide solutions and bring relevant income into the society at a time when our clients are available.
