We receive a lot of interest from recruitment agencies wanting to support us with filling our vacancies. However we prefer to recruit candidates directly to minimise the impact of recruitment costs on our profit margins. This is important to us because, as a mutual, we operate for the benefit of our policyholders.
We do however recognise that sometimes we need the support of recruitment agencies for specific vacancies. Therefore we've developed a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of agencies who have a proven track record with us and who we've worked with for many years.
If we need extra support, we'll select specific agencies to work with us in individual cases. However, we won't accept any speculative calls or CVs from agencies who would like to put candidates forward or join our PSL.
We won't accept any direct contact from non-PSL agencies with our Head Office or Field Managers. Any enquiries relating to recruitment are dealt with by the Recruitment Team within Human Resources and will be directed back to us.
